The majority of our performance is done "a cappella". To us, there is very little that sounds as emotionally honest and direct as the sound of unaccompanied human voices. We sing about subjects that are important to us, from a huge variety of sources. Our repertoire includes classical choral music, sacred music, and traditional folk music- both American and International. We have sung Gospel, Latin motets, Hebrew rounds, Swahili, Yoruba, Zulu, Tagalog, and Spanish songs, Slavic partsongs, Italian madrigals and Arabic chants. Our aim is to appreciate, but not to appropriate.

We have also been fortunate to premiere original works, which were written specifically for us and are timely commentaries on the world we live in.
